Robert Forman, Managing Partner
Robert Forman is the Managing Partner of Audeo Capital. Bob leads strategy, execution and portfolio management for Audeo.
Bob has spent the last 25+ years pioneering the Information Technology Managed Services (MSP) Industry. At TriCore Solutions, he founded, grew and managed the industry’s leading ERP Managed Hosting Provider. Bob guided TriCore from a founder-funded tech startup to a global managed services operation with over 500 employees in the US, India and the Philippines. TriCore was acquired by RackSpace and Apollo Global Management in 2017.
Bob has an extensive Enterprise Technology Network established through close relationships with leading technology providers including Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Amazon (AWS), Microsoft, Dell/EMC, HP, and IBM. His experience building Sales and Business Development Organizations, Global Service Platforms, and successfully acquiring and integrating new Business Platforms positions Audeo Capital to be the entrepreneur’s most trusted equity partner.
Bob received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Merrimack College.
Jared Melillo, Partner
Jared Melillo is a Partner with Audeo Capital. Jared is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing business due diligence processes, and supporting Audeo’s portfolio companies.
Prior to helping launch Audeo, Jared was on the investment team at Guidepost Growth Equity (f.k.a. North Bridge Growth Equity), a tech-focused private equity firm in Boston. While at Guidepost, Jared executed and sourced technology investments and partnered with portfolio company management teams on strategy, operations, and corporate development. Prior to Guidepost, Jared worked in technology investment banking at Vaquero Capital in San Francisco and AGC Partners in Boston.
Jared received a B.A. from Tufts University.
Ryan McConnell, Analyst
Ryan McConnell is an Analyst with Audeo Capital. Ryan is responsible for identifying and analyzing software and services investment opportunities within the enterprise technology sector.
Prior to joining Audeo, Ryan was in the investment strategies group at Natixis Investment Managers, a multi-asset, global investment firm.
Ryan received a B.A in Economics from Tufts University and was a member of the varsity hockey team.
